The Project - Phase III of the finished products warehouse is located at the High-tech Zone, Hefei, Anhui Province, it consists of two single-storey storage buildings with a height of 13.10 meters and total construction area of 19,937.50 sq. meters, and the outdoor landscaping works and the unloading areas with a total construction area of 19,000 sq. meters, the total contract value reached RMB74, 790 Million Yuan.
Since the Project started in August, 2018, Anhui Province Industrial Equipment Installation Co., Ltd. has worked out a scientific and reasonable construction schedule for the effective site management, which has reasonably shortened the construction period. In fact, the project has achieved one-time completion acceptance and the U.S. FM Detection and Certification in August, 2019, 4 months ahead of the contracted construction period.
