On the morning of November 27, 2010, the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation agreement was held in Hefei Daoxianglou Hotel by ACEG and Anhui Jiangnan Industry Cluster Zone Management Committee (AJICZ).
Mr.Hu Yuncheng, President of ACEG, and Mr.Zhang Xiang’an, Director and CPC Wok Committee Secretary of Anhui Jiangnan Industry Cluster Zone Management Committee delivered speeches at the ceremony and signed the agreement. Present at the signing ceremony were Mr.Yin Junbo, Deputy Director of Leading Office for Anhui Pilot Zone along Yangtze River, Mr. Fang Wu, Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission of SASAC, Mr. Wang Maoxin, Deputy Inspector of Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Mr. Pan Wanjin and Mr. Yuan Zhiying, Deputy Director of Anhui Jiangnan Industry Cluster Zone Management Committee, Mr. Shen Yu’en, General Legal Counsel of ACEG.
Anhui Jiangnan Industry Cluster Zone plays a vital role in one of top nation’s programs known as the core zone construction of Pilot Metropolis Belt along Anhui section of the Yangtze River aimed at industrial transfer from the East. Rich in water and mineral resources, abundant in supply of electricity and gas, strong in bearing capacity of land and environment, Anhui Jiangnan Industry Cluster Zone has advantages in location, transportation, resources, institution, policy, cost etc, attractive for investment, habitation and tourism .
Mr.Hu said on the ceremony that development prospect of Anhui Jiangnan Industry Cluster Zone provided precious opportunity for ACEG’s leap-forward development. As a large-scale state-owned construction enterprise, ACEG felt honored to participate in it. ACEG would follow the idea of “"innovative model and comprehensive cooperation” and strengthen bilateral cooperation in fields of infrastructure construction, property development and other projects within the zone, especially large-scale projects to realize mutual beneficial and win-win results.
Under the leadership of CPC Anhui provincial committee, provincial government, SASAC and with the support of Anhui provincial related departments, ACEG will strengthen the cooperation with Anhui Jiangnan Industry Cluster Zone and send high-quality groups with the spirit of “especially hardworking “to build first-class projects, making greater contributions to the development of Anhui Jiangnan Industry Cluster Zone and Anhui economic and social progresses.
